Beamish

Year 4 students attended Beamish Museum yesterday. Their visit offered a fascinating glimpse into the past, beginning with an exploration of the historic drift mine and an engaging workshop about Victorian-era mine explosions. After enjoying a delicious lunch, the children stepped back in time to the Pit Village, where they experienced a lively re-enactment of school life in 1897. It was a memorable day filled with learning, discovery, and lots of fun!
